Your challenge

As a Junior Marketer, your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of our marketing strategy, contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand.

You will play a crucial role in creating, coordinating, and distributing marketing content across various channels to engage our B2B audience. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving content production, social media management, and supporting our sales and marketing teams with essential materials.

The marketing team is led by the Marketing Director and currently consists of three senior marketeers: a Senior Automation Marketing Manager, a Senior Content Marketing Manager, and a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. You will also have support from freelance content writers and designers, and an in-house UX designer. You report to the Senior Content Manager and the Marketing Director.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues from different cultures and departments, is a self-driven individual, responsive, and able to succeed within an international scale-up environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Well-organised, independent, and accurate.
  • Knowledge and experience with social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Copywriting skills for creating engaging content in collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and collaborate with international team members and sales teams.
  • Creative and independent problem solver who can juggle many tasks and thrive in a scale-up environment.
  • B2B marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in HubSpot or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Dutch is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

Content Production:

  • Coordinate the production of blog articles, including managing the translation process.
  • Publish blog articles on our website.
  • Support the production of reports and other thought leadership pieces such as our annual trend report and M&A monitors.

Monthly Newsletters:

  • Coordinate the creation of monthly newsletters for all markets (Benelux, DACH, UK & Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe, Southern Europe).
  • Create and send out the monthly newsletters in HubSpot.

Social Media:

  • Create and publish LinkedIn posts to engage our audience and promote our brand.
  • Support in the creation of LinkedIn content for the personal profiles of several key salespeople in the organisation.

Support:

  • Support the marketing team in the creation of various marketing materials, organisation of webinars, and other marketing activities as needed.
  • Assist sales colleagues in creating testimonials, one-pagers, social media visuals, and other sales collateral.
